William Thomas Kellam, age 81 of Dagsboro, DE passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, October 6, 2014 at his home.

He was born on January 3, 1933 in Onley, Virginia son of the late Ralph Downing and Margaret Susan (Copes) Kellam. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army.

Mr. Kellam was a proud and active member of the NRA, the Republican Party, the Masonic Lodge and the Order of the Eastern Star. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Kaye H. Kellam; five children, Susan Kellam Broussard and her husband Eric, Megan Varley and her husband Nick Ciconte, Sharon Kellam Quinn and her husband David, Melissa V. Watts and her husband G. Jay Watts and Morgan Varley and his wife Marjorie. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Timothy Miller, Noah Varley, Savannah Quinn and Jasmine "Minnie" Cruz and a great grandchild, Cole Miller.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October, 27, 2014 at the Ocean View Presbyterian Church, 67 Central Ave., Ocean View, DE. Interment will be held privately at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.
