William Ronald "Ronnie" Cullen, 79, of Long Neck Delaware, passed away on December 17, 2023. Born on October 20, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Ron was a loving and caring man, a wonderful husband and a devoted father.

Ron is survived by his beloved wife, Betty Cullen and their children, Holly Fogle and Stacey Cullen. He was a cherished father-in-law to Eric Fogle and Harry Kuhn. Ron also leaves behind his adored grandchildren, Jacob Shank, Joseph Shank, Jocelyn Parker, Harriette Kuhn, Cearra Fogle, Cheyenne Fogle and Kenzi McCracken.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Albert and Florence Cullen and his brother, Larry Cullen.

Ron attended Frederick High School and later served in the Navy. He proudly served his country and made significant contributions during his time in the military.

Following his military service, Ron worked for the US Government as a Cartographer, utilizing his skills and expertise in mapping.

A service to honor Ron's life will be held at Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, DE 19966 on January 15, 2024. Service will begin at 2 p.m. with a visitation at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice in Ron's memory.
