William S. Clark, 89, of Millsboro, Delaware, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at Lofland Park Center, Seaford, Delaware.

He was born in Aston, Pennsylvania, where he lived most of his life until he moved to Millsboro, Delaware, in 1996, where he has resided with his wife since that time.

His Career was an Operator Engineer working on heavy equipment till he retired.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred (Hudson) Davis, and his father, Serbert Clark; three brothers, Robert, John, and Norman Mullins, a granddaughter Jennifer Stencler and a brother-in-law, Harold Pryce.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Genevieve (Pryce) Clark; two daughters, Deborah Brady and Donna Trice; four grandchildren, John R. Stencler, Jr., Steve Lawson, and Dustin (Amanda) Lawson; six great-grandchildren, Tyler Graham, Julianna Huffert, Audrey Sydney, Roxanna Stencler, Mckenzie Pierce; a sister-in-law, Diane Pryce; and several nieces and nephews.
