Roger D. Deith, 79, of Ocean View passed away after a brief illness on November 7, 2024.  He was born on February 5, 1945, in Decatur, IN.

Roger graduated from Decatur High School in 1964, before being drafted into the Army in 1965.  After serving in the military, he started working at International Harvester in Fort Wayne, IN; retiring after 30 years of service.

Roger loved scuba diving (was a Master Scuba Diver) and racing motor cycles and cars.  He was a 32nd degree Mason with St. Andrew Lodge in Springfield, OH.

Upon retiring to Delaware, he restored an older beach house with his wife, Penny.  They also loved to travel and to cruise.

Roger is survived by this wife of 40 years, Penny L. Deith, and three sister-in-laws, Bonita McBride, Donna Nugent, and Joanne McBride.  All of Delaware.

Also survived by his sister Patricia Coyne, one daughter Lorie Lamons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Roger's life will be held at a later date.
