Patricia Ann Chamberlin, age 79, of Frankford, DE passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at her home.

Pat was born in Millville, DE on May 14, 1945 daughter of the late Ernest J. Steele and the late Catherine (Custins) Steele.  Pat worked as a home healthcare aide and as an aide at the Millsboro Nursing Home.  In addition, to serving as a healthcare worker she worked for several years as a waitress at the Joy Freeze in Frankford, DE.

Pat will be remembered as the matriarch of her family, where she always took care of the needs of her family.  She also enjoyed going to the casinos with her sister, Jeanette.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Chamberlin; her companion of 40 years, Joseph Tweedle; a brother, Ernest J. Steele, Jr. and a sister, Mary Steele.  Pat is survived by her two children, Andrea Chamberlin and Harry Banks; a stepdaughter, Michelle Kassab; two granddaughters, Haley and Abigail Batton; a sister, Jeanette Goslee and several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 10-11 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at the Frankford Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 43 Thatcher St., Frankford, DE 19945, where a funeral service will begin at 11 AM.  Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery in Millville, DE.
