Martha Denise Bauer, age 61, of Millville, DE, passed away at Coastal Hospice, Ocean Pines, MD on Saturday, February 8, 2025 after a long battle with frontal temporal dementia.

She kept her faith and joy in spite of the disease that took her mind and eventually her life.  She was strong, confident, and compassionate to the end and is finally home with her Savior.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, March 2, 2025 at Hopewell Advent Christian Church, Leesburg, AL.  A time of remembrance will begin at 11:00 and be followed by a fellowship meal.

Denise is survived by her husband David (Millville, DE), son Joshua Bauer and his wife Nicole (Jarrettsville, MD), daughters Ashleigh Bauer (White Marsh, MD), and Stephanie Crockett and her husband Jesse (Charlestown, MD); seven grandchildren, Grace, Charlotte, Emma, and Sawyer Bauer and Hudson, Chase, and Harleigh Crockett.  Her Alabama family includes sisters Becky Roberts (Leesburg), and Kathy Martin (Leesburg), brothers Michael White, Sand Rock, and Greg White, St. Joes, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Billie Sue White, father-in-law Clarence Bauer, and brother, Larry White.
