Margaret "Magee" Brubaker Spencer, age 80 of Ocean View, DE formerly of Fairfax Station, VA passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in Lewes, DE.

Magee was born in New York City on March 1, 1944 daughter of the late John Walsh Brubaker and Mary (Devins) Brubaker.

Magee graduated from Catholic University in Washington, DC in 1966 and married late husband Jack in summer 1966.

Together, Jack and Magee have owned Spencer Enterprises for close to 50 years.  Magee enjoyed dining out with friends, going to the beach and spending time with family.  She will also be remembered for her vibrant personality, her sense of humor and her overall pleasant disposition.

Magee lived her life to the fullest by travelling and spending time with business associates.  But the most precious times of her life was spent with her family.

She leaves behind 3 sons to cherish her memory, Christopher J. Spencer and his wife Patricia of Ocean Ridge, FL, David J. Spencer and his wife Terryn of Dagsboro, DE, Mark J. Spencer and his wife Carol of Forest Hill, MD; 7 grandchildren (chronologically), Patrick, Andrew, Benjamin, Alexa, Jack, Ella Capri and Matthew. She is also survived by her sister, Ann (Brubaker) McDonald of Wilton, CT.

A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Church of St. Ann, 691 Garfield Pkwy, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be held immediately following the visitation from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m at Church of St. Ann.

Immediately following the funeral services, there will be a reception at 1 p.m. at Cripple Creek Golf and Country Club at 29494 Cripple Creek Rd, Dagsboro, DE 19939.

Interment will be private.
