Keila Raye Ramage Brosset passed away at her home in Ocean City, Maryland on March 30, 2024 at the age of 75.

She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on February 19, 1949.

Keila was a graduate of Oxon Hill Senior High School.  She attended Strayer Secretarial School and from there worked at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C.  Upon retiring, Keila located to Bethany Beach, DE/Ocean City, MD and worked as a Property Manager for Coldwell Banker.

Keila enjoyed life at the beach.  She took great pride in caring for her plants and yard, winning several awards over the years. One of her greatest joys was feeding birds and squirrels passing thru her lovely garden.

Keila is predeceased by her son, Justin Bolton; parents, Edward and Vera (Poppyinga) Ramage; grandparents Henry and Ura Lee Turk Ramage; grandparents Theodore and Minnie Schmidt Poppinga.

Keila is survived by her grandson, Mitchell Bolton (DE), great grandson, Brooks Bolton (DE), her sister, Karla Ramage (NC), nephew, Bryan Nunes (NC), nephew, Kosmas Balourdos (NC), aunt, Roselle Ramage (Illinois), and numerous cousins.

A celebration of life is planned for a later date.

We honor Keila's memory and extend our thoughts to those who have crossed  paths with her, however briefly.

May her spirit find solace and serenity, knowing she is remembered with love and affection by her family.
