Juliet A. White
March 1, 1937 – July 26, 2023

Juliet A. White, age 86, of Millsboro, DE, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on March 1, 1937, she was the daughter of Leonard and Mildred Calabro. In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, William White, as well as her oldest son Michael.

Julie is survived by her children Rana Coleman (Jeff), Jon White (Ann), and Matt White (Nancy), as well as her daughter-in-law Nancy (Michael). Julie also adored and doted on her 10 grandchildren (Amanda Mutter, Sarah Nevin, Conor Coleman, Will Coleman, Mackenzie White, Tyler White, Logan White, Teagan White, Harper White, and Cody White) and welcomed a great-granddaughter in March (Georgia Mae Mutter). She is also survived by her brother, Len Calabro (Ruth), their children Debra Nelson (Paul), Robert Calabro (Irina), Kim Roddy (Jim), and grandchildren (Alexandra, Morgan, Hayden, Ava, and Anthony).

A very talented artist and singer, Julie was always active in her community and was quick to lend a hand or welcome newcomers. Her positive spirit and infectious smile lit up a room and touched everyone around her. Julie's favorite things included her family, water aerobics, music, and laughter.

Growing up in an extended family, Julie always enjoyed the company of others. This was one reason she always created a wide circle of friends everywhere she lived. After the death of her husband, she found the community of Peninsula, where she thrived and built a new life. The family would like to thank the Peninsula community and staff, for their kindness and support.

A memorial celebration will be held on Monday, August 7th at St Michael the Archangel, 202 Edward St., Georgetown, DE. Visitation is at 10:00 a.m. and a celebration mass begins at 11:00 a.m.
