Jeanette Crandall Mullen was born May 3, 1937 in Kingston NY to Dr. James C. Crandall DVM, & Mary Crandall (nee Emerson) of Saugerties, NY, both deceased. She is survived by her brother, Donald Crandall, and a niece, Nancy Oakes, of California, a nephew Don R. Crandall, Jr. of Alaska, cousins John Hrinak & wife Linda, of Middletown, DE, Deborah Lowdnes of New Jersey, Laura S. Crandall and many others in Upstate New York and Pennsylvania. She will be missed by many dear friends, including Crystal Stump, Roz Gearson, Harold Marmon, Robert Hill, Beth Waite, Jan Holland, Laurel Baird, and countless others.

She worked for PNC, formerly Bank of DE, and retired after 30 years, and then for many years at Delaware DMV. She volunteered tirelessly for many years with various non-profit organizations and was appreciated for her devotion to them.
