Gregg R. Kraemer, age 72, of Millsboro, DE, formerly of Rossville, GA, and East Brunswick, NJ, passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Beebe Healthcare in Lewes, DE. Born in Irvington, NJ, on October 23, 1952, he was the son of the late Robert Kraemer and the late Helen (Clark) Kraemer.

Gregg proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard during the Vietnam War from 1970 to 1974. After his military service, he worked for several grocery stores as part of their night crew before retiring. Gregg was deeply devoted to his family, a Buffalo Bills fan, and loved spending time with his dog, Skylar.

In addition to his parents, Gregg was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara C. (Silverstein) Kraemer; a brother, Gary "Scooter" Kraemer; and a stepson, Michael Dassing. He is survived by his loving wife, Teresa "Terri" (Compton) Kraemer; four children, Candice Kraemer, Stefanie Magan and her husband, James, Lisa Bastinelli and her husband, Marc, Jr., and Brian Kraemer and his wife, Sarah; a stepson, Stephen Dassing and his wife, Tina; a sister, Elaine Metcalf and her husband, Larry; and 10 grandchildren, Layla Kraemer, Jalah Wesley, Jo'Annah Wesley, Benjamin Magan, Jayden Coulter, Brennah Coulter, Giavanna Bastinelli, Giulianna Bastinelli, Nina Dassing, and Mikey Dassing. He is also survived by his beloved canine companion, Skylar.

A visitation will be held from 2-3 PM on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966, where a funeral service will begin at 3 PM.

Interment will be held privately.
