Estella Angeline "Angie" Timmons, age 89, of Millsboro, Delaware, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

Angie was born in Frankford, Delaware, on September 24, 1936, the daughter of the late Fred Edward Hudson and Pearl (Bunting) Hudson. She was a graduate of John M. Clayton High School in Frankford, Delaware.

Angie was deeply devoted to her family and found great joy in babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She especially cherished going out to eat with her beloved husband, Vernon, prior to his passing. Angie will be fondly remembered for her upbeat personality and her love of all things sweet—particularly Dr. Pepper and chocolates.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Timmons; two sons, Mathew Timmons and Halton Glen Timmons; and eight siblings: Halton Hudson, Orrie Hudson, Dale Hudson, Bleatus Hudson, Norris Hudson, Fredonia Hudson, Millie Jones, and Wilsie Donohue.

She is survived by her children, Rex Timmons and his wife, Lisa, of Millsboro, Delaware, and Wendy Kirby and her husband, Martin, of Millsboro, Delaware; six grandchildren, Justin Timmons and his wife, Valentina, Dustin Timmons, Martin Kirby, Jr. and his wife, Holly, Tanner Timmons and his wife, Erika, Jade Timmons, and Travis Timmons and his wife, Jodi; eleven great-grandchildren; and a daughter-in-law, Robin Timmons Morgan.

Services and burial will be held privately at Carey's Cemetery in Millsboro, Delaware.
