Elysia R. Bradley Garin, age 36, of Laurel, DE passed away as the result of an automobile accident on Wednesday, February 7, 2024.

Elysia was born on January 21, 1988 to Debra Mills and David Bradley.  She had worked as a server and bartender for several restaurants in Rehoboth, Dewey and Lewes, before becoming a medical assistant at Delaware Arthritis for the last 2 years.

Elysia loved life and was making advancements academically as her goal was to pursue her dream job of becoming a surgical radiologist technician.  In her younger years, she was a martial artist and she loved riding her motorcycle, traveling, going to the beach and snowboarding.  Elysia was a caring and compassionate person and could make friends with anyone and she loved putting together family get-togethers.  Her most recent passion was cars with her Suzuki Cappuccino being her "baby".

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Rodolfo "Charlie" Labayo.  Elysia is survived by her mother, Debra (Mills) Labayo; her father, David Bradley; her life partner, Alexander Woods; maternal grandparents, Ronald and Linda Mills; Uncle, Timothy Mills; Aunt, Loretta Mills; nine siblings, Clarissa Mills, Nicole L. Bradley, Karen M. Labayo, Xavier "Alex" Peterson, Kai Labayo and Akina Labayo; Theodore Bradley, Dawn Star Bradley, Barbara Jean Bradley; her best friend, Patricia Roca; two close cousins, Brittany Fischback and Shalayna Mills, several nieces and nephews, and many friends and coworkers.

A memorial of Elysia's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd. Millsboro, DE 19966 where friends and family may gather after 10 AM.

A celebration of life will follow at 3pm at Nalu located at 1308 Coastal Hwy, Dewey Beach DE 19971.

Elysia's legacy will continue to live on as Elysia was able to be an organ donor to several people. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions in Elysia's name to Gift of Life Howie's House www.giftoflifehowieshouse.org.
