Elaine Alice "Lainey" Brown, 67, of Frankford, Delaware passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Elaine was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Alexander J. Shiraldi and Janet (Rosier) Shiraldi.

Elaine was proceeded in death by her husband, Bernard Brown Jr and son Matthew Claytor.

She is survived by her sisters Teresa Shiraldi, Mary Bitner and niece Emily Bitner.

Elaine moved to the eastern shore from Glen Burnie, Maryland 6 years ago to be close to her mom and the beach. In addition, to her love for the beach, she loved her dog Joy, to read and tackle numerous DIY projects. She was a loving sister and aunt who will be deeply missed.
