Deborah Lee Mann, 68, passed away on November 17, 2024, in Millsboro, DE. Born on October 17, 1956, Debbie, as she was affectionately known, dedicated over 30 years of her life to her career as a Medical Technician.

Debbie was known for her energetic and fun-loving spirit. She cherished her time with family and friends, always bringing joy and laughter into their lives. She graduated from Coatesville Area Senior High School and continued to nurture relationships with her school friends throughout her life.

Debbie is survived by her daughters, Nicole Haines and Lindsy Johnson (wife to Richard); son, Robert Haines (husband to Tonya); six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her companion of 13 years, Charles McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rhea Hart and Marie Kita Hart, and her brothers, Allen and David Hart.

Debbie loved reading, especially on the beach, playing bar bingo, traveling, boating, and crabbing. These activities reflected her adventurous spirit and love for nature.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Amvets Post 2, 32592 Long Neck Road. Millsboro, DE 19966 on Saturday, January 25, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
