David C. Binkley (Dave), of Millsboro, Delaware, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Born in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Dave was the son of the late Leroy C. Binkley and Linda K. (Witwer) Binkley.

Dave spent many years working in the construction industry, where he made his living through hard work. Outside of work, he enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.

Dave’s journey was uniquely his own, and his passing leaves behind a time for reflection and remembrance among those whose lives crossed paths with his.

He is survived by his daughter, Brittany A. Binkley of Ephrata, Pennsylvania; his granddaughter, Demyriah M. Govan; and his sister, Kimberly A. (Binkley) Enck, wife of Troy Enck, of Sullivan County, Pennsylvania.

Dave will be remembered and missed by family and friends who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held privately.
