Daune "Dawn" M. Enck, age 76, of Millsboro, Delaware, formerly of Lititz, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, in the comfort of her home.

Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on March 26, 1950, Daune was the daughter of Norman Palmer and Arlene (Hollinger) Becker. She was a proud graduate of Warwick High School's Class of 1968 in Lititz. Throughout her career, Daune worked as an electrical estimator with Cyprium Solutions in East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, where she was respected for her dedication and work ethic before retiring.

Daune had a creative spirit and found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an accomplished scrapbooker who lovingly preserved countless family memories. Daune also enjoyed spending time outdoors where she tended to her beautiful gardens which reflected the care and patience she gave to everything she nurtured. She also enjoyed her years as a sales consultant with Avon and Longaberger, where she formed many lasting friendships and cherished memories.

Above all, Daune's greatest joy was her family. She treasured every gathering, every holiday, and every opportunity to spend time with those she loved most. Her grandchildren and great-granddaughter held an especially special place in her heart, and the memories they shared together will remain a lasting gift to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Norman Palmer; her stepfather, Clair Becker; her sister, Diane Bowder; and her niece, Marie Bowder Sanderson.

Daune leaves behind her beloved husband of 53 years, Dennis "Denny" Enck; her devoted mother, Arlene Becker; her four children, Denise Flohr and her husband, Chris; Dayna Nauss and her husband, Brian; Darah Brewington; and Danny Enck and his wife, Desiree; her eight cherished grandchildren, Jansen and Jarren Flohr; Dabria Nauss; Emma, Gunner, and Gaige Brewington; Graelyn and Korley Enck; her precious great-granddaughter, Paislee Chandler; her sister, Denise Pfenninger; her stepsister Pamela Martin; Barbara Becker, and several beloved nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Daune's Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, Delaware where friends and family can gather beginning at 10 a.m. A second Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Lititz, Pennsylvania, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember her.
