Concetta "Connie" D Campbell (Bruno), 87, of Ocean View Delaware, passed on August 14, 2024 in her home with family by her side.

Connie was born November 14, 1936 in Wilmington, Delaware, the daughter of the late Anthony and Rose Bruno (Rinarelli.).

She worked for the Twin Memorial Bridge, receiving multiple awards and letters for her dedication. Connie was an avid world traveler, visiting multiple countries and immersing herself in their cultures. She also loved golfing and visiting the beach.

She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph J Vicere, Ron Peary, and Richard J. Campbell and a son, Joseph A. Peary.

Connie is survived by her son, Pierino S. Vicere (Tamara); grandchildren, Antonio G Vicere, Marisa D. Vicere, Jeremy L. Cancelo, Julian N. Peary and Joe Peary; great grandchildren, Alyxandria and Adonis Vicere, Cecilia Shelton and Paisley Peary and her siblings Lucille Vicario and Anthony Bruno (Sandy).

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 12 noon at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 38040 Muddy Neck Road, Ocean View, DE where friends may gather at 11 A.M. Interment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 32112 Vines Creek Rd, Dagsboro, DE 19939.
