Cheryl Ann Kraft, age 63, of Millsboro, DE formerly of Baltimore, MD passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at her home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

Cheryl was born in Baltimore, MD on July 5, 1959 daughter of the late John William Ridenour and the late Ruth M. (Tittle) Ridenour.

Cheryl worked in customer service management for the majority of her career. She had worked at The General Store in the Peddlers Village Shopping Center in Lewes, DE and was currently employed as a customer service manager with Lowes in Lewes prior to her diagnosis.

Cheryl was very involved when her boys were younger with the Lower Sussex Pop Warner Football and had served as Team Mom. She also loved spending time outdoors camping and walking her dogs.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Gerald "Jerry" M. Kraft, Jr.; four sons, Brent Maccentelli (Cynthia) of Clifton Forge, VA, Gerald M. Kraft. III (Kelly Steiner) of Lincoln, DE, John Kraft (Maggie) of Georgetown, DE and Justin Kraft (Brittney Pokoiski) of Millsboro, DE and 10 grandchildren, Anthony, Liliana, Robert, Gerald IV, Branden, Anthony, Sophia, Alyssa, Briella and Chance and her beloved dogs Yuki and Buddy. Cheryl was preceded in death by two brothers, John William Ridenour, Jr. and Richard Ridenour.

A celebration of Cheryl's life will be held at 6 PM on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, DE, where friends and family may gather after 5 PM. Interment will be private.
