Catherine Marie (Cathy) Matzuras age 75, of Millsboro, DE and former resident of Elsmere and Claymont, DE passed away Monday, July 6, 2026, in Millsboro.

Cathy was a graduate of Conrad High School class of 1969. She was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion (member Auxiliary Unit-Oak Orchard Post 28). Cathy was a passionate “yarnie”, highly skilled in knitting and crochet.

Cathy was the daughter of the late William C. Clymer Sr. and Eleanor Emma (Sue) Clymer. She was proceeded in death by her sister Linda Ward. She is survived by her husband of 52 years Joseph J. Matzuras Jr. and her brother William C. Clymer Jr.

Memorial services will be held for Joseph and Catherine on August 4th at Melson’s Funeral Home on Long Neck Road, Millsboro. Visitation will be at 10:30am with services following at 11am.
