Carol Louise Hooper, age 70, passed away in Dagsboro, Delaware on Tuesday, April 16,
2024.

Carol was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Joseph Caroll Cross and Louise
Lumpkin Cross. She was a proud Baltimore, Maryland resident and a proud 1971 Institute of Notre Dame graduate.

She married Raymond Leo Hooper in 1971 in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Raymond passed away from stomach cancer in 2010.

Carol worked as a Property Manager at WP&M Property Management for over 20 years and
that passion for helping communities continued once she retired and joined the
Homeowner's Association Community Board at the Marina at Pepper's Creek.

Carol loved traveling, socializing with friends and family, and indulging in a delicious Chardonnay glass or two but she loved her friends and family over everything.  Carol was the light and life of any party or event she attended.

She leaves behind her beloved partner Paul Jones, daughters: Emilee Hooper and Heather Stanley, her two grandsons,
and an abundance of friends.

Friends, Family, and others are invited to the Marina at Pepper's Creek Clubhouse, 33337 Bayberry Ct, Dagsboro, DE 19939, on Saturday, April
27, 2024, from noon to five o'clock for a celebration of life in honor of Carol.
