Carol E. Bradley, age 82, of Millsboro, Delaware, formerly of Aston, Pennsylvania, peacefully went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 22, 2025.

Born in Chester, Pennsylvania, on March 29, 1943, Carol was the beloved daughter of the late Charles Nickle and Eleanor (White) Nickle. She spent many years working as a machine operator for Scott Paper Company, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication before retiring.

In her late 40s, Carol accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior, a moment that transformed the course of her life. From that time forward, her faith became the foundation of everything she did. She lived boldly and joyfully for the Lord, never hesitating to share her testimony or witness to others, as it was her deepest desire that everyone would come to know and follow Jesus Christ.

Carol was a faithful and devoted member of Oak Orchard Community Church, where she remained steadfast in worship and service. Her commitment, consistency, and sincere faith left a lasting impression on her church family and all who knew her.

Above all else, Carol cherished her family and devoted her life to those she loved. She also found comfort and joy in crocheting, often creating handmade items that reflected her caring heart and generous spirit.

Carol will be remembered for her unwavering faith, loving nature, and the quiet strength with which she lived her life. Her legacy of faith and love will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and church family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five siblings.  She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Ernest Warren Bradley; five children, Eleanor Gebhart, Joan Dougherty, Mark Derr, Craig Derr and Paul Derr; 2 stepchildren, Michell La Chance and Wendy Bradley; a sister, Shirley Kesser; 25 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Carol's life will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the Oak Orchard Community Church, 32615 Oak Orchard Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966.  Interment will be held privately at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Carol's name to the Oak Orchard Community Church at the above address.
