Betty G. Smith, age 93, of Millsboro, DE formerly of Lehighton, PA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 in the comfort of her own home.

Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles H. Smith in 2014.  Betty is survived by her six children, Lisa Janvier (Melvin), Scott Smith (Ann), Bruce Smith (Jill), Darlene Lonergan, Melody Nichols and Paula Tucker (Donie); 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services, 32013 Long Neck Rd., Millsboro, DE 19966, where friends and family may call after 11:30 AM.

Interment will follow at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Millsboro, DE.
