Barbara J. Van Horn, age 74, of Frankford, DE formerly of Philadelphia, Pa passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at home.

She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on February 13, 1950 to the late John Peter Bulovas and Dorothy Lillian (Klopp) Bulovas.

Barbara loved Jesus and her church, Beacon Baptist Church, spending time outside and taking care of her plants.  She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and spoiling her beloved dog, "Petey".   She was a very caring, generous woman with a great sense of humor. She made friends anywhere she went and was loved deeply by many.

Her husband, Bill Van Horn preceded her in death and she is survived by her two daughters, Kelly McCaffrey (Jim) and Sharon Dawes (Jeff Horoschak); four grandchildren, Sarah Harper, Steven Dawes (Whitney), Kevin Horoschak and Michael McCaffrey; a great grandson, Brayden Dawes and a sister, Suzanne Knorpp.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Beacon Baptist Church, 32263 Beacon Baptist Road, Millville, DE 19967.

A reception will be held following the service at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 35083 Atlantic Ave, Ocean View, DE 19970
